0240(2)(a) There is a gap in the floor between the play room and kitchen that is open and gathering crumbs/debris. 0240(2)(c) Provider needs to add a rinse step to her cleaning process instead of just soap/water spray and bleach spray. 0240(2)(f) Provider needs to add 3 step bottles to kitchen and only use those products for cleaning the kitchen.
